Effective date: 20/10/2026 · Version: 1.0
1. SAWA and Scope
SAWA is a FedorGolem ecosystem web application developed by the FedorGolem team (fedorgolem.com) for teachers and their students to maintain and share records. SAWA does not teach lessons, offer courses, determine learning content or become a party to teaching contracts. The name SAWA is not represented here as a registered trademark.
Service provider / legal operator: Fedor Goleminov. These Terms apply to the shared sawapanel.com installation unless other written terms apply.
2. Access and Accounts
Open public self-registration is not available. The SAWA operator creates teacher accounts; teachers create student accounts. The operator creates student accounts only at a teacher’s request. Users must safeguard credentials, stay within assigned permissions and report suspected compromise.
3. Mandatory Teacher Acknowledgement
Before using the shared application, teachers must complete two separate confirmations in Settings → Legal & Privacy: (a) acceptance of the current Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy; and (b) a declaration that before creating or processing student records they obtain and retain all legally required permissions, including parent or legal-guardian consent wherever required. SAWA stores the timestamp, teacher account ID and text versions. The declaration is not repeated for every student.
The teacher’s statement is not itself parental consent and does not relieve SAWA of its own statutory duties. Teachers must report withdrawals of consent or loss of a lawful basis. Material amendments may require renewed acceptance.
4. Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers determine the content and accuracy of records, which students are associated with them, whether student accounts are needed, and the legal grounds for providing students’ data. Teachers must retain necessary supporting evidence without routinely uploading it to SAWA. On a lawful, justified request from the operator or competent authority, they must assist with verification to the extent required. Unauthorised use of another person’s information is prohibited.
5. Student Access and Minors
Students only access their authorised role and records. Teachers are responsible for obtaining permissions legally required for minors. Enhanced digital-safety rules may apply to children under 13; the teacher declaration does not override those rules. Processing or access may be restricted if an adequate legal basis is absent.
6. Lessons and Payment Records
SAWA records lesson details, status, notes, charges and payment entries supplied by users. A “paid” entry is not independent evidence of a bank transfer. SAWA does not process card payments, set lesson fees, issue refunds on a teacher’s behalf or guarantee educational outcomes. Teaching and payment disputes remain between the teacher and student.
7. User Content and Rights
Users retain rights they hold in records and materials they supply. They give SAWA limited permission to store, display, process and back up that content as needed for service provision, support, security and legal compliance. Users must have appropriate rights to submit their materials.
8. Software and FedorGolem Rights
SAWA source code, interface and original software elements belong to their respective rightsholders. Access grants a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the application, not to copy private source code, bypass access controls or redistribute it without permission. Uses infringing applicable law or third-party rights are prohibited.
9. Security and Acceptable Use
Unauthorised access, impersonation, harmful software, interference with servers, unlawful data uploads and misuse of confidential information are prohibited. The operator may proportionately restrict access to address security threats or material violations, subject to applicable law and contracts.
10. Support and View As
Authorised administrators may use limited technical access, including View As within the implemented restrictions, for support and diagnostics. Technical events may be logged for security. Administrative review does not permit teaching on a user’s behalf or unauthorised alteration of records.
11. Backups and User Requests
The SAWA operator creates, exports, stores, processes and restores backups. Upon request, the operator may arrange an additional backup or export of information the requester is entitled to receive, after checking authority and other parties’ rights. Recovery of any particular record at an arbitrary date is not guaranteed. Any separate fees for special work must be agreed separately.
12. Privacy and Data Requests
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Teachers are responsible for lawful creation of their own records, and the operator remains responsible for its own statutory processing and security duties. Lawful requests for access, correction, restriction or deletion will be handled by the appropriate party with cooperation as necessary.
13. Updates, Availability and Termination
SAWA may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance and security. Features depend on the installed version. Closing access does not necessarily erase lesson or financial history immediately where lawful retention grounds exist. Separately deployed clients, including OMR, are governed by their own agreements; this mandatory confirmation is not to be imposed on them automatically without a separate decision.
14. Commercial Arrangements
Prices, subscription terms, fees, support and service periods are set out in separate commercial agreements. Accepting these Terms alone does not create an obligation to pay an undisclosed subscription fee.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for teaching quality, the accuracy of user-created records or financial disputes between teachers and students. Nothing excludes liability for the operator’s own unlawful conduct, legally mandatory data-security duties or non-excludable contractual obligations.
16. Changes, Governing Law and Contact
The current version is published at sawapanel.com/terms. Material changes affecting teacher obligations may require renewed acceptance. Governing law and competent jurisdiction: the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of Dubai. Operator: Fedor Goleminov. Email: info@fedorgolem.com. Address: UAE, Dubai.
